I want you to get the care you deserve.

I SEE YOU. I HEAR YOU.

YOU

MATTER.

Therapy with me is equal parts real talk, deep healing, and wholehearted growth. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I’ll bring curiosity, compassion, and just the right amount of challenge to help you move toward the life you want.

I believe in working with the whole self, mind, body, and spirit. That means we might talk through thought patterns, explore nervous system responses, or practice skills to help you regulate emotions and reconnect with your inner wisdom. You get to show up exactly as you are, no fixing, no faking.

My role isn’t to “diagnose and dismiss” or sit silently nodding. I’m here to walk alongside you as you explore, process, and grow. Together, we’ll create space for what’s been buried or avoided, at a pace that feels safe and respectful. You deserve a therapy experience that feels human, supportive, and even, dare I say, hopeful.

Heal. Grow. Defy. Flourish.

Our work begins with safety, because true healing only happens when you feel grounded and supported. Together, we’ll create space to explore and process what’s been stored, stuck, or silenced.

I draw from evidence-based approaches like DBT, along with somatic tools, movement, and whole-self acceptance. It’s therapy that honors both your story and your nervous system.

My goal is to help you build the foundation to feel safe in your body, clear in your mind, and connected to the life you want to live.
